While we hope that you are satisfied with our products, we do gladly accept returns/exchanges under these conditions outlined below:1. Please contact us immediately once you have decided that you want to return your item so we can start the process. You can email us or DM us on Instagram.
3. Returns/exchanges are only accepted up to 14 days from the date that you received your package (this will be determined by the date noted on the tracking link by the carrier that delivered your package). Your return package must be postmarked and received by the shipping company with a date no longer than 14 days from the date your package was delivered to you.
4. For returns all products must be in new condition. If any part is deemed to be used, installed improperly or damaged, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
5. All products sent in for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Fee is waived for any exchange of equal or greater value.
6. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. We suggest purchasing insurance on the return package and saving tracking for reference.
7. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any custom parts.
8. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any items noted "Ready To Ship".
